The modern toy box launched in 2020, improving upon the less popular Princess Toybox.
Ideation
It took several rounds of quotes and negotiation to reach a reasonable base cost.
While negotiating with suppliers, I created several design options depending each suppliers capabilities to better understand the cost driver differences between suppliers.
